(Northern California) Fellowship Foundry considers itself an "old-fashioned business" in that they actually make their designs by hand in their foundry near San Francisco. Since the company's beginning in 1978, the combined talents of Master Pewtersmith Randal Moore and artist Kevin O'Hare have continued to create wonderful designs. They first wrangle over an idea, sketch it, and finally the wax sculpture until they are both satisfied. A metal "master" is then created from the wax, taking the final steps towards a finished design. Each piece is handmande, constituting small differences between each and every single piece.
