LEAF LINES

(California) After several failed attempts, artist Booker Morey discovered how to skeletonize leaves to showcase the natural brilliance of their veins and patterns in 1993. By hand etching fallen leaves from Japanese Maples, Oaks, Aspens and numerous other trees, he has designed a collection of frames, coasters and keepsake boxes that herald the beauty of nature.
